Towards Spatial Trace with Reasoning in Vision-Language Models for Robotics

RoboTracer is a 3D-aware VLM for spatial tracing, which needs multi-step metric reasoning about real-world measurements.RoboTracer 是三维感知 VLM,用于空间轨迹推理,需要结合真实度量做多步推理。

VLA-JEPA: Enhancing Vision-Language-Action Model with Latent World Model

JEPA-style VLA pretraining: future frames are only a latent target and the student sees the current observation alone, so it avoids leakage and learns dynamics rather than pixel changes; then fine-tune an action head.JEPA 式 VLA 预训练:未来帧只作为潜空间监督目标,学生网络只看当前观测,避免信息泄漏,学动力学而非像素变化;之后再微调动作头。

iMED: A Multi-Endoscope Dataset for Surgical 3D Perception

Sierra Bonilla, Fengyi Jiang, Chinedu Nwoye, Jingpei Lu et al.

Abstract摘要

We introduce iMED, the first synchronized multi-endoscope dataset for robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery (RAMIS), designed to address a fundamental limitation in surgical vision benchmarking: the absence of independent held-out viewpoints. Existing surgical datasets capture single-trajectory sequences from a single endoscope, making it impossible to distinguish geometric generalization from photometric interpolation along a narrow forward-facing path. iMED provides 340 sequences ~170K synchronized timepoints with 4 views per timepoint) recorded simultaneously from two independent …
