Trajectory smoothness has been proposed as a cheap, training-free signal for curating imitation-learning demonstrations, most recently by rinse, which introduces Spectral Arc Length (SAL) and a contact-aware Trajectory-Envelope Distance (TED). We test whether these published metrics survive episode-length controls on real robomimic data. On can/mh, SAL separates better from worse operators with AUROC 0.952, but episode length alone achieves 0.957, and inside a duration-matched band SAL falls to 0.628 while raw mean jerk, the baseline rinse argues against, rises to 0.896. The confound …
We use a frozen frontier vision-language model, GPT-6-Astra, directly as the robot policy on RoboMME, a benchmark of 16 memory-dependent manipulation tasks spanning temporal, spatial, object, and procedural memory. The model keeps the whole episode in context and outputs every end-effector waypoint and gripper command, with no RoboMME-specific training. On the 800 test episodes it succeeds in 92.1%, above the previously reported human score of 90.5%, which was obtained with an oracle skill interface, and far ahead of the best leaderboard entry (60.8%) and of a hierarchical system that pairs …

Multiple second-order control barrier function constraints can exhaust their common control authority under bounded acceleration, even when the current state remains feasible. We define a signed local joint-feasibility margin whose sign exactly identifies whether the current barrier half-spaces intersect the admissible input set. For unit-scaled distance constraints, it has acceleration units and a support-function dual that identifies weighted constraint conflicts. We predict the margin one sample ahead for nine task-directed candidates, selecting either the least-deviating candidate that …

Abstract摘要
Industrial manipulation in flexible manufacturing, e.g., high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) electronics assembly, requires robot policies to adapt to changing products and production conditions. Such settings impose industrial process constraints, including product variants, moving material flows, finite execution windows, and tight geometric tolerances. However, existing evaluation frameworks do not systematically capture these constraints when assessing generalist robot policies. To address this gap, we introduce LIBERO-Industry, a novel benchmark built on the widely used robot learning benchmark …

Human motion prediction during human-robot collaboration is critical for achieving safe and efficient interactions in shared environments. Unlike previous studies that have primarily focused on humans and objects, we focus on the robot-aware human motion prediction task, which explicitly models the influence of robots on human motion. This task presents new challenges, such as capturing human-robot heterogeneity and modeling complex spatial interactions. To address these issues, we develop an adaptive interaction network (AINet) model that consists of two branches: a primary branch that …

LLM agents increasingly control robots using VLA policies, perception models, and procedural knowledge. These modules are difficult to reuse because their interfaces, embodiment assumptions, and conditions of use differ, and their benefits on physical tasks remain unclear. We package them as embodied skills that extend agent skills with explicit embodiment assumptions and conditions of use, building 250 action, perception, and experience skills from 1,052 resources. On this basis we introduce EmbodiedSkillBench, which runs an agent in a closed observation-action loop and records success, …

Abstract摘要
As the complexity of space missions increases, autonomous spacecraft guidance must accommodate transitions between mission phases with distinct dynamics, objectives, and constraints. Rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO) are particularly challenging because they span multiple operating regimes, from orbital-scale matching and far-range approach to close-range maneuvering and terminal docking. Existing reinforcement-learning approaches generally address only a subset of this sequence or rely on manually defined switching conditions between controllers. This study presents a hierarchical …

Abstract摘要
Precise control of movement across various robotic embodiments is a longstanding challenge. Modeling complex robotic structures requires significant time, dedicated sensors, and manual labeling. Recent advancements in 4D representation learning offer an interesting alternative: can we leverage 4D features lifted from 2D observations to densely map a robot's spatial movement based on the action signal? To this end, we propose Act4R, a framework that builds on 3D foundation model to predict a robot's 3D scene flow with any given action. Act4R introduces a Spatial-Action Encoder, which encodes …

Abstract摘要
Symmetry-aware robot policy learning requires coupled observation-action transformations. For pixel observations, even simple physical symmetries can induce complex, viewpoint-dependent image transformations that are difficult to specify by hand. Existing symmetry-aware methods often rely on representations with predefined transformations, requiring preprocessing tailored to the sensing setup and task. We introduce MIRROR, a framework that learns how a known symmetry group operates jointly on observations and actions in partially observable Markov decision processes (POMDPs) from offline …

Autonomous quadrotor flight in cluttered environment is an key capability for tasks like inspection and search. Navigation policies trained in simulation and transferred to hardware can fly at high speed in open space, but they can still collide as obstacle clearance shrinks. We attribute most of these collisions to a single mechanism, namely motion in directions the onboard camera does not observe. Heading that is not aligned with the direction of travel and lateral excursion during obstacle avoidance both carry the vehicle toward obstacles outside its field of view. We introduce ClearNav, a …

Abstract摘要
Liveness requires a dynamical system to repeatedly accomplish a desired objective over time. In this work, we consider a particular form of liveness known as recurrence, which requires the closed-loop trajectory to regularly revisit a prescribed set, with no more than a specified amount of time between visits. Inspired by the control barrier function (CBF) safety-filter paradigm, we develop a controller-filtering framework that makes adjustments to a nominal controller only when necessary to guarantee recurrence. Unlike conventional CBF methods, which enforce set forward invariance, our …

Household robots must successfully navigate im-perfect circumstances, both in their internal models and the external world. We introduce a benchmark of seven long-horizon household tasks in Habitat that vary initial robot memory and environment configurations. We evaluate adaptations of ReAct, VLM-TAMP, and Tru-POMDP within a shared execution framework across 90 tasks-environment-memory combinations, totaling 1,350 episodes. Our evaluation measures task success, partial completion, and action efficiency, along with rule-based analysis of execution traces. ReAct achieves the highest overall …
This work studies certified reach-avoid control of stochastic hybrid systems in which a stochastic differential equation governs continuous flow and a controlled stochastic kernel governs guard-triggered resets. The input appears only in the reset kernel, where it determines the post-jump distribution. Certificates for such systems have so far assumed spontaneous or controller-chosen jump times, a finite horizon, or discrete-time dynamics; we certify, over the infinite horizon, that the target is reached before the unsafe set with at least a prescribed probability. First, we introduce …
In this work, we explore the idea of expert intervention delays in human-supervised robotic systems for imitation learning system. Previous works in imitation learning have primarily examined the impact of suboptimal experts, where the expert policy makes mistakes, but assumed expert interventions occur immediately after errors are made. Although delayed expert intervention can be viewed as a form of noise that might improve policy robustness, our results show that learning from delayed expert interventions is overall less effective than learning from non-delayed expert interventions; delayed …

Abstract摘要
SE(3)-equivariance provides a useful geometric inductive bias for visuomotor policies, encoding that actions covary with rigid transformations of the observation. However, existing SE(3)-equivariant visuomotor policies build this bias on a global equivariance assumption that treats the entire observation as governed by a single rigid transformation, which breaks down in real-world manipulation tasks where the task-relevant region changes across different objects. We address this by learning a phase-conditioned affordance field (PAF) over the observed point cloud, a per-point score that the …

Robots sharing walkways need to know where people will be, yet semantic occupancy maps show only where they are. We present ReForesight, an open-source ROS 2 toolkit that adds instance-level future occupancy and re-identification after occlusion to a particle-based semantic mapping pipeline. A 36.6k-parameter MLP predicts each tracked person or vehicle up to 3 s ahead, guarded by a Kalman fallback and a stationary gate, and the object's own points are moved to the forecast pose, forming a "ghost" point cloud in the map frame without an occupancy decoder. An optional tracker re-associates …

To reconstruct a predictive 4D representation of the physical world from monocular video captured by a moving camera, we jointly reconstruct dynamic Gaussian radiance fields and infer their underlying physical dynamics. This paper proposes \emph{Physical SLAM}, a physics-aware method for constructing 4D Gaussian fields of deformable objects and predicting their future state when subjected to external actions, given a sequence of RGB-D images. Abstract摘要
Search-based policy learning, such as Monte Carlo tree search (MCTS), offers the flexibility to trade runtime computation for data efficiency and adaptation to novel environments. For robot learning, however, applying search requires discretizing the continuous action space and associated dynamics, typically through action quantization. While reconstruction-based quantization is sufficient for representing the continuous action space alone, policy learning additionally requires the quantized actions to preserve their effects on future states and values. We show that such requirement is not …
Navigating humanoid robots through dynamic, non-convex environments requires tightly coupling onboard perception with footstep planning and dynamic locomotion control. Existing methods frequently discard complex free space through simplified convex obstacle bounds and fail to account for real-time dynamic occupancy predictions. This paper presents a real-time framework for humanoid navigation that directly constructs spatio-temporal safe corridors from LiDAR-based particle representations and couples them with Linear Inverted Pendulum (LIP)-based planning and Whole Body Control (WBC) to …

Abstract摘要
Cutting a piece of food looks effortless in human hands. For a robot, however, every cut is a high-contact interaction with a deformable, elasto-plastic object whose behavior changes with pose, contact mode, and cutting stage. Collecting real-world data is expensive and wasteful: each trial typically contaminates or damages the food, so obtaining scalable real world data for dexterous cutting is expensive and difficult. Simulation is an appealing alternative, but a large sim-to-real gap exists in both physics and perception. This gap is especially severe for topology-changing interactions …

Achieving complex, long-horizon robot behavior remains challenging because successful execution depends on skills grounded in a robot's physical affordances. Existing training-task distributions are often handcrafted or sampled from large language models (LLMs), relying on semantic plausibility rather than embodiment-specific feasibility. This mismatch can produce curricula that are too difficult, redundant, or blind to non-obvious but learnable behaviors. We propose Generative Flow on Symbolic Abstractions (FOSA), a framework for discovering embodiment-specific capabilities by learning a …
Teleoperation is widely used to collect high-quality demonstrations for robot learning. Dexterous manipulation, however, requires coordinated control of motion and contact forces. Operators can specify motion, but struggle to reproduce the subtle force adjustments of human manipulation without feeling the robot's contacts. We introduce Force-Modulated Dexterity (FOMO-Dex), a unified compliance formulation for contact-rich manipulation. FOMO-Dex expresses nominal actions in coordinates defined by task geometry and contact structure. It applies force-driven motion corrections along selected …

Frontier large language models (LLMs) now reason about space well enough to program robots, yet the world models behind robot policies are implicit, held in network weights or predicted video, and cannot be inspected or corrected directly. We present D-World, an explicit world-language-action model built on the Sense, Plan and Act decomposition. A perception agent writes the scene as an executable digital twin using generated vision and geometry code. A planning agent searches for actions in simulation and, after each executed action chunk, revises the twin's object states and named physical …
Existing embodied navigation tasks commonly assume that traversability and object states remain fixed during an episode. Large Language Models (LLMs) are predominantly trained on imperative programming languages, and existing work on LLM-based robot programming reflects this: it focuses on goal-directed tasks expressed as plans. However, many robotic applications require not tasks but behaviors--open-ended, continuous patterns of sensory-motor engagement with no termination condition (e.g., greeting visitors, patrolling an area). Such behaviors are better served by declarative and reactive programming, on which LLMs have virtually no training. We investigate whether this gap can be bridged. Using Playful, a …

Abstract摘要
Generative policies such as diffusion models provide expressive data-driven priors for robot behavior, yet the situations a robot faces at execution time rarely match its training data and impose constraints and objectives the policy never learned. Existing inference-time guidance methods either rely on gradients that can push samples away from the learned prior, or on sampling procedures that can be inefficient, collapse modes, or average them into out-of-distribution predictions. We introduce MOSAIC, a mode- and support-aware framework for gradient-free inference-time control of robotic …

Abstract摘要
Vision-language-action (VLA) models show strong potential for end-to-end autonomous driving by leveraging world knowledge and understanding to excel in long-tail scenarios. However, current VLAs have two limitations: 1) Degeneration into vision-action (VA) models. For low latency, regression/flow-based methods directly generate actions but underuse VLM understanding, causing unsafe, unexplainable actions. 2) Autoregressive high latency. Autoregressive methods sequentially generate chain-of-thought (CoT) and action tokens, fully leveraging VLM understanding, but high latency hinders …

Latent Action Models (LAMs) can capture manipulation priors from action-free videos, but discrete latents usually impose a granularity bottleneck, limiting their ability to represent fine-grained action. Recent continuous alternatives mitigate this, but they are typically used as proxies for world modeling and require a further planning step to produce executable actions. We thus introduce UniLAP, a unified continuous latent-action policy that models the latent space via flow matching and bypasses reliance on future frames during inference. By distilling a LAM teacher with a flow-adaptive …

Physical AI is commonly formulated around an explicitly specified task: given a goal or instruction, a system perceives, reasons, and acts. In many real-world settings, however, important tasks emerge from continuously changing world states before a person explicitly formulates them. Understanding how many aircraft, and which traffic configurations, can be safely and efficiently managed by air traffic controllers within a given airspace is fundamental to air traffic management. Air traffic controllers continuously modify aircraft trajectories through interventions such as speed advisories and radar vectoring, and the patterns of these interventions are difficult to capture effectively using existing air traffic simulators. There is a specific challenge designers face in developing autonomous robots capable of open-ended learning. This challenge is how one can develop such systems in an ethically sound way when there are many unknowns during design time about their manner of deployment, what they can and will learn, and how these systems will act on the basis of what they have learned. One response to this challenge is to align, as far as possible, the activities and goals of autonomous robots with human values, raising the question of how to make this alignment possible, a question known as the value alignment …

Real-time bimanual humanoid teleoperation requires accurate wrist tracking while keeping arm configurations predictable. Because a 7-DoF arm admits multiple elbow configurations for the same wrist pose, wrist-only tracking can cause elbow drift or abrupt configuration changes. Abstract摘要
Video-to-robot pipelines for quadrupedal imitation insert a learned lifting stage, either a monocular depth model or a per-clip 3D reconstruction, to recover the one axis a side-view camera cannot see. We present CopyQuad, which omits that stage and pins the missing axis to the robot's own stance width instead. The setting is side-view footage of sagittally dominated motion, where limb motion is almost entirely in the image plane. A frozen 2D keypoint detector and a fixed analytic retargeting then turn a single uncalibrated clip into a robot reference whose foot targets are reachable by …

Abstract摘要
Signal Temporal Logic (STL) specifies robot tasks with spatio-temporal requirements, and its robustness semantics allow planning by trajectory optimization. In practice, robots estimate their state from noisy measurements, and when the information gained from a measurement depends on the state, the robot can actively reduce its uncertainty by planning in the belief space. The resulting problem is, however, generally non-convex, for which gradient-based methods are neither complete nor globally optimal. In this paper, we consider Risk STL (RiSTL) planning in Gaussian belief space and show that …

Abstract摘要
Accurate modelling of soft tactile sensors remains difficult because finite element methods (FEM) are computa- tionally expensive, while real-time simulators often lack fidelity for hyperelastic deformation. Large physical datasets are also impractical to collect because repeated testing can damage fragile sensors. We present a data-efficient framework that combines limited real-world validation, high-fidelity FEM, and graph neural networks (GNNs) for accurate real-time prediction of two-dimensional tactile deformation in a planar soft tactile structure. The key idea is to decouple validation …

Abstract摘要
Cross-task generalization remains difficult for world action models (WAMs), even when their predicted futures depict plausible manipulation. This gap can be attributed directly: we make this gap directly testable by decoupling a WAM into a world model and an inverse-dynamics model (IDM), then holding the IDM fixed while replacing the source of future images. We introduce Align Once, Evaluate Everywhere (AoE), a camera-space inverse-dynamics model pretrained on large-scale robot data, which provides this recovery interface for different future sources across tasks and environments. Through it, …

Recent Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models increasingly use natural-language instructions to condition autonomous driving behavior. Yet existing closed-loop benchmarks primarily measure route completion, safety, and rule compliance, leaving a fundamental question unresolved: does language actually determine which feasible behavior the vehicle executes? A trajectory may be safe and successful while still violating or even ignoring the passenger's instruction. To address this, we introduce \ltd, a benchmark designed to directly test this capability. Its key evaluation unit, the paired …

Policy representations in reinforcement learning have expanded beyond Gaussian policies to diffusion and flow-matching based generative policies. However, existing RL methods remain representation-specific, lacking a unified optimization interface for emerging generative policies. In particular, extending likelihood-based objectives to multi-step generative policies couples optimization to their internal generation process, where accumulated likelihood ratios can weaken the update signal. Meanwhile, generative-policy-specific methods often rely on multi-candidate generation and critic-based …

Humanoids increasingly demand lightweight leg mechanisms for agile, dynamic, and energy-efficient locomotion. Reducing distal inertia through proximal actuation has thus become a common design goal. Yet, compact transmissions that preserve torque capability and efficient force transmission remain hard to achieve. This paper presents a novel series-parallel leg design combining a knee parallel mechanism, an ankle parallel mechanism, and a nonlinear knee-ankle coupling where all actuators placed closer to the hip. Abstract摘要
Expressive flow policies can represent multiple high-value actions, but sampling them with few integration steps while retaining tractable action densities remains challenging. We introduce DEFlow, a deep equilibrium flow policy that replaces explicit Euler sampling with implicit Euler integration and solves all intermediate actions jointly as an equilibrium system. We combine implicit differentiation with a discrete change-of-variables formula for the final-action density, enabling off-policy training within soft actor-critic without backpropagating through solver iterations. DEFlow achieves …
Vision-Language-Action models (VLAs) have achieved high success rates on familiar manipulation tasks, yet it remains unclear whether such scores reflect genuine zero-shot generalization and perturbation robustness. Existing evaluation frameworks provide limited capability-level diagnosis and combinatorial perturbation coverage, often without connecting diagnosis to targeted model refinement. We introduce VLA-GAUGE, a diagnostic framework that unifies both evaluations under a shared executable task representation. It combines (1) paired in-distribution and out-of-distribution tasks across six …

Abstract摘要
World models capture environment dynamics and support counterfactual reasoning for planning. In image-goal navigation, where the target often lies beyond the current field of view, the agent must not only model environmental dynamics but also maintain a persistent spatial memory of the scene. Existing approaches either introduce spatial context by fine-tuning pretrained models on the target task, which underexploits their spatial priors, or rely on external 3D reconstruction, which is computationally expensive for real-world deployment. In this paper, we propose the Geometry Grounded World …

This work develops a geometric theory of aerodynamic promptness for multirotor platforms whose propeller directions depend on a smooth orientation-mechanism configuration. The actuator state consists of the actual signed propeller speeds and the mechanism configuration, and the nonlinear actuator map retains both the signed-quadratic propeller law and the configuration-dependent thrust directions. Constant direction maps represent fixed propellers, while shared dependence on mechanism coordinates represents mechanically coupled tilts. A Riemannian metric on the product actuator manifold …
Safe robot navigation in unknown, dynamic environments requires more than geometric collision checking: a robot still far from an obstacle may be unable to avoid it because of its speed, orientation, or the obstacle's motion. Hamilton--Jacobi (HJ) reachability analysis captures this in a value function whose sign separates states that admit a safe continuation from those where collision is unavoidable, but computing it online for every newly observed environment is too expensive. This dissertation trains neural implicit representations offline on reachability solutions to give …

Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models are often pretrained via imitation learning, making reinforcement learning (RL) post-training important when deployment moves beyond demonstration coverage. Existing refinement paradigms expose a reliability--efficiency tension: model-free refinement avoids simulator bias but is interaction-intensive, whereas model-based refinement can exploit unreliable imagination even as its simulator adapts. We propose Model-Evolving Reinforcement Learning (MERL), a trust-calibrated framework that couples policy optimization with an online-updated simulator comprising a …

Deep reinforcement learning has shown strong potential for vision-based autonomous driving, but policies trained in simulation often suffer severe performance degradation when deployed in the real world. Existing sim-to-real methods commonly address this gap through image-transfer-based domain adaptation or policy-agnostic domain randomisation. However, the former requires laborious acquisition of target-domain data and is often limited to the deployment domain, whereas the latter introduces unguided perturbations that may not reflect the underlying sim-to-real discrepancy, leading to …

Vision-based tactile sensors enable fine-grained perception for dexterous robotic manipulation, but current marker-based designs tightly couple surface texture and contact force signals within a single observation. Existing data-driven decoupling methods rely on serial mask-based inpainting, which suffers from mask-sizing dilemmas caused by physical indentation effects, error retention, and lack of real paired data for supervision. Humans expand their locomotion capability by wearing appropriate footwear, such as hiking boots for mountains or skates for ice. Footwear changes the ground-contact interface and enables traversal of otherwise difficult terrain. In contrast, locomotion controllers are typically trained for a fixed morphology, and their performance can degrade when shoes alter foot geometry, mass, and friction. We propose SHOES, a sample-efficient framework for adapting locomotion policies to footwear-induced morphology changes. SHOES freezes a simulation-trained nominal policy and fine-tunes only lightweight, …

Abstract摘要
Deploying robots in human-shared environments requires deciding not only how to navigate, but also when dedicated social signals are worth emitting. Classic observation-based inference can be misleading in such settings: confounding factors may bias the estimated relationship between a signal and the task outcome, leading to incorrect decisions. Causal inference provides a framework for disentangling these relationships by modelling the mechanisms linking observations, actions, and outcomes, and by estimating interventional effects after accounting for confounding paths. We study a …

Repetitive structures can give an incorrect pose candidate more inlier support than an accurate one, causing visual localization to select it. History-Guided Pose Reselection (HPR) uses coarse position forecasts from up to five past localization outputs to distinguish well-separated current-query candidates. The best-fitting forecast proposes an alternative; HPR accepts it only if every well-fitting forecast is much closer to it than to the localizer's pose. HPR needs no odometry and returns the selected candidate unchanged, using prediction for selection rather than pose refinement. With one …

Robot learning has undergone significant advancements in the domain of compliant control and robotic assembly. The development of novel methodologies has transcended the capacity to address discrete tasks, such as grasping or inserting, and has evolved to encompass the comprehensive construction of entire assemblies. Conventional benchmarks, which are predominantly focused on single tasks, are no longer adequate to address the complexity and interconnected nature of modern manufacturing processes. Consequently, the necessity for benchmarks to encompass a broader spectrum of assembly and …

Multimodal model predictive control (MM-MPC) avoids local minima among moving obstacles by solving one optimal control problem (OCP) per combination of avoidance sides, so its computational cost grows exponentially with the number of decision-critical obstacles. Articulated object manipulation tasks such as opening doors, tightening bolts, and pulling drawers impose kinematic constraints on a robot end-effector's motion that neural policies may fail to satisfy. Unlike hybrid force-position control that strictly separates force and position control into orthogonal subspaces, impedance control modulates a mechanical impedance system in the form of a virtual inertia, damping, and stiffness. However, selecting task-appropriate impedance gains remains challenging for robot policies. In this paper, we address this problem for the case of manipulating …

Contact-rich insertion requires robots to combine visual alignment with tactile adjustment. However, existing visuotactile chunk-based policies collapse tactile feedback into a single generation-time fusion pathway, leaving persistent contact states, abrupt contact events, and future contact consequences implicitly modeled in a single representation. The effect of instruction rephrasing varies across spatial relations, so aggregate scores can hide sensitivity to wording. Standalone tests of the policies' language understanding …

Parallel wire-driven systems are a framework in which multiple wires are connected to an end effector, and the end effector is driven by the tensions of those wires. Because they can transmit large forces, up to the breaking strength of the wires, over lengths on the order of several tens of meters, they can realize powerful actuation in large workspaces. In recent years, studies have also investigated connecting wires to external environments such as trees and columns and forming parallel wire actuation on site. Recent advances in 3D reconstruction enable the extraction of temporally consistent 3D motion from RGB observations; however, current Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models still predominantly rely on 2D image-text priors. Therefore, they do not accurately represent the fundamental dynamics of the 3D world associated with physical actions. This over-reliance on static 2D visual cues limits the capacity of VLA models in achieving robust robot manipulation. We study long-horizon latent rollout modeling for autonomous driving and ask whether rollout quality can be improved by assigning a motion-aware geometry to latent transitions, rather than by redesigning the predictor architecture. Starting from an unconstrained latent rollout baseline, we introduce Directional Pullback Regularization (DPR), a training time …

Abstract摘要
Differentiable simulation enables efficient policy optimization through analytic gradients, yet safety is commonly incorporated as a weighted penalty, requiring manual tuning of the trade-off between task performance and constraint satisfaction. We instead formulate obstacle avoidance as an explicit constraint and train quadrotor policies using primal--dual gradient descent--ascent through a differentiable simulator. We introduce two key components to enable effective constrained training. First, we propose a bounded clearance-based constraint function that provides informative gradients …

Generalist visual-navigation policies tell a robot which direction to go but not how far. A separate lifting step is needed at deployment to convert their unitless trajectory into a metric path that a controller can track; existing scalar lifters apply uniform scaling that misses per-waypoint corrections, while in-policy approaches that inject monocular depth into the policy inherit the prediction errors of the depth model near obstacles and at close range. We present PathLift, a per-waypoint depth-conditioned adapter that lifts a pre-trained visual-navigation policy by consuming an explicit, …
